（1） Overview of equity value evaluation Value evaluation is a comprehensive asset evaluation, a process of judging and estimating the overall economic value of an enterprise, which is mainly subject to or serves the transfer or transaction of property rights of the enterprise. With the deepening of China's economic reform and the implementation of the modern enterprise system, the application space of enterprise value assessment has been greatly expanded, and the role of enterprise value assessment in the market economy has become increasingly prominent, with the emergence and increase of economic transactions such as enterprise mergers, acquisitions, equity restructuring, asset restructuring, mergers, divisions, stock issuance, and joint ventures. At present, the enterprise value evaluation methods mainly include asset value evaluation method, cash flow discount method, market comparison method and option value evaluation method.

（2） Asset value evaluation method Asset value evaluation method is a static evaluation method that uses the existing financial statement records of an enterprise to evaluate the assets of an enterprise by item and then sum them up. It mainly includes book value method and replacement cost method.
